Alright, so this has been my first week of the diet/workout plan....aka "The Plan". I've been doing pretty good I guess...I could have done better. I made a shake every morning but one and I did three 5-sec planks one day and 3 5-sec planks and 2 10-sec planks today...gee I'm weak. I think that I may need something to look forward to, like a race. I've found a 5K race in the near future (April 27)....I'm pretty confident that I could train for this race in the 8 weeks before the race. The only thing that concerns me is it is a doggie dash (I don't want to run by myself :) ) and anyone that knows my dogs, know that they are a tad crazy. I emailed them to find out if there are any restrictions on the dogs but I signed up anyways...I'm kinda excited!!

Current Stats:
Height: 5'4" (I kinda wish I would get taller...)
Weight: 195 lbs (almost 15 lbs lost!!)
Activity level: Still pretty much nothing (housework, chasing children) but I'm going to start training for this 5k
