Oh where to start....This week has been bad. On Monday I ran out of shake but I did laundry, folded and put away (yay!!) and other house work like dishes, make the bed and blah blah blah. I ordered more shake on Tuesday and I'm waiting for it (I hope it gets here today!). I tried to make up the loss of my shakes but trying to keep my portion sizes down. Tomorrow, we are headed to the gym to get me all signed up...5K training here I come!! I'm still excited about the 5K but I'm a tad worried about Gretchen and her mild leash aggression...but I really want her to run with me. I would take Rocky with me but he has a bum knee...what a bum.

Weight: 195 lbs (lost nothing, gained nothing)
Activity level: Still pretty much nothing (housework, chasing children) but I'm going to start training for this 5k
