Getting Fit

A goal of mine for a awhile now has been to lose weight and get fit, but I've had a hard time finding the motivation to stick with something (ie. working out, eating right, ect.).  Here's a little bit about how I got to where I am weight wise:

In 2009, I weighed between 160-165 lbs.  Then I lost my job and moved.  My stress level sky rocketed as I tried to find a new job and take care of our new house.  On top of that, it was like a party every weekend at our house...heavy drinking and bad food choices.  The end of the year started to perk up as I found a new job and we settled in to routine with the house, and then I found out I was pregnant.  At the end of 2009 I weighed about 172 lbs and gaining weight as our precious little girl grew.  By the time our little girl was born, I weighed 209 lbs and my blood pressure was up.  Few months after baby girl was born I was down to about 180 lbs (honestly that's a guess cause I don't remember much from those first few months).  Anyways things were going good and then early 2011 I found out I was pregnant again (sigh birth control fail).  My second pregnancy was a lot better as I hovered under 200 lbs towards the end and my blood pressure didn't rise as much.  One year later, I'm back to 200 lbs.  I lack energy and just don't feel good about myself.

Current Stats:
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 209 lbs
Activity level: Pretty much nothing (housework, chasing children)

Here are my goals:
Weight: 140 (which is the high end of healthy weight for my height)
Lose the baby stomach flab (I would post a picture but frankly I'm embarrassed by it).

How I hope to accomplish my goals:
Replacing at least 2 meals with Herbalife Meal replacement shakes
Start doing a P90x Ab RipperX routine
Blog about my progress
